The spine divided into six panels with gilt compartments, lettered in the second and fourth and at the foot, the others filled with scrolls and other small tools, the edges of the boards tooled with a gilt fillet, blue goatskin doublures with a wide gilt border of a roll, fillets and a repeated floral tool, ivory silk endleaves, top edge gilt. (Joints slightly rubbed).
