Printed in an edition of 117 copies. Although the date on the title is 1845 the work was not published until 1859. Pickering had the Roll transcribed by the Rev. Lambert Larking but the text was unfinished at Pickering's death in 1854. Henry Bohn took it on and commissioned new material from William Courthope, the Somerset Herald. A very good copy. Inscribed in ink "Rob. Laurie / Clarenceux / Coll of Arms / June 1860" and with his pencil annotations. Laurie was Clarenceux King of Arms from 1859 until 1882. Bought from Robin de Beaumont in 1983, for £110.
